Trouble with uploading images to my library.

Hello, so whenever I am attempting to upload an image to an item or the image library, I keep getting the same error of "1 image not uploaded. Confirm the file type is valid and the image size is 15MB or smaller." I have tried both jpeg and png format, images are under 150kb, and I have tried adjusting to smaller dimensions. I do see that when it attempts to upload, it shows an image preview on the page for just a second before the error appears, so it is able to read the image to some degree.

I'm sorry to hear you're running into these difficulties when attempting to upload item images.

Are you able to confirm what browser you're currently using to log into your Square Account? Have you been able to replicate this behaviour using other devices?

I'm also interested in the filing convention you've used for your images. Are you able to include the file name of an image as an example in your reply?
