Problem: Donation page not loading in IE & Microsoft Edge

Is anyone else having a problem with the donation link page not loading in IE or Microsoft Edge?

I have set up a donation link using online checkout. It works fine in Chrome and Safari but won't load in IE or ME.

Help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for listing that you tried out two separate browsers - that is a great first step in tracking down where the issue lays. Would you also mind giving a shot to these Dashboard Troubleshooting steps? They've been really helpful for me when having issues with loading my pages.

Hi Joe, I followed all of these steps on my Microsoft Edge browser and the page is still not loading. I'm most concerned that this isn't just an internal problem for us. It is happening to people trying to make a donation.
