How do I change the name in the Started on/Ended on sections of the Drawer Report?

My drawer report reflects an employee who is no longer in his respective position as the “Started on/Ended on” name on the Drawer Reports. I have searched for hours trying to find a way to edit it and cannot seem to find the correct option. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

It sounds like your POS system has been logged in as this employee, which is why their name is showing up on the cash drawer reports. I would encourage you to make a new profile to log into on the device, and then deactivate this employee to prevent this from happening in the future.

As far as editing a closed cash drawer report, there isn't a way to do that. It's a feature we're considering developing in the future, and tracking here. Thanks again for writing in, and let me know if there's anything else we can help you out with.
