To my knowledge, you cant.

It will always take a day or two to get back to them.

I once added to many zeros to a 12$ purchase (1200$)

I even called to try to expedite it, but its just the way it works.

and it was caught 2 minutes after the sale.

@BlackCatSupply is correct, here. Per normal banking regulations, refunds to your customers card can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to process. You can learn more about refund specifics here on this helpful resource.
