&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;a client of ours disputed a credit card charge for a deposit or an event. I have proof from the client in an email that she didn't meant to do so and I STILL lost the dispute and therefore my account is being debited for NO REASON! I provided all the documents that this client agreed to the our payment and still lost. I do not know how this is possible.&lt;/P&gt;

Sorry about that outcome. &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3882-payment-disputes-walkthrough" target="_blank"&gt;The customer's bank has the final say for the outcome of a dispute&lt;/A&gt;. You should have some correspondence from our Disputes team via email. Those decisions are final, so you might have to get with your customer and process the payment again.&lt;/P&gt;
