If I upgrade my plan to performance, will customers be able to review previous purchases?

Hi Sellers,

I recently upgraded my plan to Performance mode which includes customer reviews and gifting options.

my question is: will previous customers be able to write a review for a previous purchase?

I am assuming that is not the case… and reviews are only available for items purchased once the plan was upgraded.

just asking because I had a very successful sale last month and I was hoping to get reviews from those purchases.

Hey there @ssampson

At this time, upgrading would not give your buyers the ability to review past purchases. We hope to be able to offer this in the future.
