How do I replace the order numbers that show up for Shippo?

I am looking to replace the order numbers that report through our online store and eventually into Shippo for shipping fulfillment. I am having trouble and I am still getting long order numbers IE. 11ea8521ebd5ae969fa50cc47a2ae330.

Anyway to work around this so can have a more chronological order numbering system to move forward with?

Is that lengthy order number the one you're getting from Shippo or from your Square Online Store orders?
