How can I email customers who purchased a specific item?

Is there a way to email all customers who purchased one item?

We launched a sale for event tickets online, with modifiers/upsells for t-shirts.

However, we didn't include the shirt sizes because we didn't want a scrolling list of all the sizes and options, so I figured we'd just email everyone a form afterwards to capture their sizes.

Unfortunately, if I export item sales with purchaser info, it has columns for their name, customer ID, etc., but not their email address. The data is in the system, so it seems like it would be a simple thing to be able to include in reports.

Am I missing something? Can I run a report for a certain item's sales and get a spreadsheet of the purchasers' emails?

Hi @ColoradoBrewers,

I checked in with our team, and it looks like the only way to have the email information appear is if you make a specific group of customers that are attached to an item.
