Creating a discount at checkout.. NOT a discount code

Hi,

I sell earrings. I want to create a discount that is automatically applied at check out that if someone buys two sets they will pay $40, not the $50 if they were to purchase them individually for a normal price of $25 each.

Also, how can i link photos to an album so that when you hover your mouse over the top of the cover photo it'll show a photo that is in the album?

Here is a video for creating discounts:

I do A buy 12 get one Free Discount and also one 16oz is $14.99, 2 are $12 and 3 are $11 each

Basically I have a category 16 oz candles

If I sell any 1 candle from this Category they get the full price of $14.99

If I sell 2 Candles from that category the price drops by $2.99 per candle automatically at checkout

if I sell 3 candles from that category the price drops by $3.99 per candle automatically at checkout
