Organizing collected sales tax

So I would like to organize the sales taxes I collect into two funds, one for the state and the other for my county. They are 5.75% and 1.75% respectively. I have created a tax for both entities and would like to divert those funds into their appropriate account spaces so that I don't accidently spend any of that money. Is that possible?

Just to make sure I understand correctly, you want the sales tax transferred to a different bank account?

All of the funds from the transactions you collect will be sent to one bank account linked to your Dashboard. What you're asking for would be a Feature Request. I can tag this for our Product Team.
