You can go to the SBA website and search for Regional Office and contact them by email (not sure if provide a phone number)

you can also call your Bank and request an appointment with a Senior Advisor for the PPP Loan Program and ask them.

Hi

my PPP application was denied because I did not furnish enough info. I own a small biz, do not draw a salary and pay all of my independent contractors via CashApp or through my bank. I uploaded everything I could think of but the application was denied as incomplete. I use QuickBooks, here was the denial reason:

Denial message

Your application was incomplete, and you did not provide us with adequate paycheck/payroll documents verifying (1) the paid salaries and payroll taxes of full-time equivalent employees and/or (2) the dollar amount of average monthly payroll costs for your business. You may apply again.

Any suggesstions on how to reapply again? Thanks
