On my iphone 11pro, when I open my square store, it does not show a menu icon so I cannot move off the initial home page.

When I test my square store on my iphone (accessed from my website), the home page that appears does not have a menu option so I cannot see my Shop Now button, which is clearly a problem for a store! it works as expected on a Samsung device. How can I make it work on an Apple phone?Online store menu

What kind of mobile browser are you using on your iPhone 11 Pro? Swapping the browser, especially if you are using Safari, might orient your Online Store to appear differently by device.

However, the most proven way to troubleshoot this is to ensure that both your Mobile Browser as well as your iPhone 11 are running the most up-to-date version of its software. Let's start there and see if that makes any difference.

I just tried it on Chrome on my iphone 11pro and it worked properly. It’s Safari that does not work as expected. You suggested that I ensure that I have the latest version of the software. I just updated iphone to OS 13.4.1 and the results are the same on Safari.

how can I make my Store work properly on Safari?

Safari isn't the most compatible with our sites. You can try other tips like clearing the cache or making sure cookies are enabled, but if the Online Store still doesn't function properly, you'll need to use Google Chrome for the best site performance.
