Clickable Modifier Sets

Is there a way to make modifier sets clickable to open the options in that set? This would reduce unnecessary scrolling a ton for us inside our busy restaurant.

For example

item: Grill Orders

variation : Hamburger

modifier : Toppings

I would like for the following modifiers to only list their options if they are clicked on.
modifer: How would you like it cooked?

modifier: Cheese Options

modifier: Bread Options

modifier: Extras

modifier: Sides

modifier: Drinks

modifier: Desserts

We process around 230 orders in an 8 hour shift and spend lots of time scrolling thru our different modifier options. With a clickable set option servers could only click for lists sides, drinks, bread options, cheese options, etc if needed

It would also be nice to be able to put the Quantity and Notes fields wherever you would like within the item instead of at the bottom.
