Pop-up Window Settings

I have a working announcement pop-up, however once they click it they never see it again. I see the setting that says 'once per visit' which is fine, but as I understand it if they leave the site or close and open another tab they should see it again.

In theory it should work but doesnt always. Now there are boxes you can check under closing conditions that if checked stop the pop-up from coming back.

No matter what I do, I cannot uncheck both buttons and have them stay that way. I uncheck the bottom box and hit publish. Then I go back to edit it again to make sure it accepted the change...the bottom box is checked again! Why?

Hi @jaysross-

I ran this by a Weebly specialist and they mentioned that clearing the cache on your computer, then pulling this page up in a new browser might do the trick!

Can you try it out and come back to this thread and let me know if the issue is still happening?
