Two questions: customer reviews and coupons

Hello, I am working on my online store and I have two questions.

The first is: how do I create a page that includes customer reviews and a link for customer satisfaction?

The second is how do I share a link for a coupon when they complete the reviews or link for the customer satisfaction?

1) It depends. How are you collecting customer satisfaction? Via an app?
