How do I convert an estimate invoice to an invoice?

I read the article associated with how to convert an estimate invoice to an invoice. However, when I clicked on the MORE option, I only have Duplicate and Archive.

I received payment based off of this estimate and I entered it. But I have no idea if it is correct. It still appears that I have an invoice out there.

HELP!

Hmmm. I'm a little confused by this. Do you see the option below after selecting the estimate?

Would you mind taking a picture of the original estimate? I wonder if there's a setting that was selected which is preventing you from converting it. Let me know 🌸
