Received a square invoice from a business I have never heard of or done business with how do I dispute it?

Square Invoices are a request for action for the buyer to submit funds through a secure email portal - meaning that if you haven't fulfilled the Invoice from your email, you haven't actually been charged yet.

The terminology can be tricky here, and we realize that many buyers may use the term 'invoice' interchangeably with a regular transaction. If you see a regular transaction on your card statement and would like to dispute it, you would need to reach out to your card-issuing bank directly. They can assist you with the dispute process!
