I am trying to make an email campaign and every time I send a test email to my self my logo and the background header is just a solid color. I put pictures on both and they send as just solid colors. How do i make it save my pictures in my logo and header? The top picture is how clients see it. the bottom picture is how it looks when i “send it”.

These marketing issues can be a bit tricky to diagnose here in the Community since we don't have access to account specifics. A lot of times with marketing issues, it's best if you reach out to our CS team so they can get into your account settings and check on a few things (image you're using, campaign settings, etc).

Give them a shout when you're able to, and they should be able to help!
