Add Shipping to "Details and Location" Pop Up Box

Hi,

Does anyone know how to add a 3rd option "Shipping" to the initial Details and Location Pop-Up Box. When people from out of state select "Delivery" an error message states we do not deliver to their area. This is confusing. "Local Delivery" would have been more clear or 3rd option would have made more sense. Or could I change the error message or disable the box altogether? It's deterring all of our customers out of state from ordering our product.

You want another pop up box to appear after a customer chooses the "Delivery" option? I'm a little confused, so let me know if I'm misunderstanding... but do you actually do delivery for customers who live out of state?
