Welcome to the Community. What kind of information are you looking to monitor from your readers?

You can see all of the information through Dashboard - it has the option to sort by device.

I have multiple chip readers for the same business on one account. I was just curious how on my dashboard I can differentiate between accounts. Completely understand viewing them together. Just need to be able to know which reader did what business. Thank you in advance.

I see what you mean! The best option for you would be to set Device Nicknames, so you can really differentiate on your reports.

It would be the easiest way to do that.

When I'm monitoring multiple chip reader locations (on the same account) from my dashboard is it device specific or chip reader specific? Hope that makes sense.

Hey @RUNAWAY - jumping in for Kassi.

Are you using one reader per device? If so, sales are device specific, not reader specific. Card readers can be used interchangeably and don't hold any transactional data / account details.

Create device codes for each device as Kassi mentioned so you can later pull a report by device nickname.
