Is there a feature that keeps track of a customers time left on a package

When I offer a maintenance package for marketing the customer gets Time (for example 2 hours) of updates etc. Is there a feature where I can log the time and it sends the customer a note that time has been logged and now there are only 1.5 hours left in the package for example?
