Is there a way to apply automatic discounts to a group of customers?

Is there a way I can apply an automatic discount to certain customers? I have a couple customers that buy large quantities and I'd like to apply 10% off to their orders. Is there a way I can do this so that they get it every time not just when I happen to check them out.

In order to make sure i'm understanding, do you take your sales in person or via an online store? If so, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!

We are in store sales and accepting online orders for pick up.

We used Weebly through square.

Thank you for that information. Currently with our Weebly system, we do not have a way to apply automatic discounts for set subgroups. We definitely see how it could benefit your business model. Our teams are constantly looking through our seller's feedback to make necessary improvements, and we will be sure to let you know if anything ever changes or if new updates are released.

Hello, I manage a wine club. Members of the wine club are given various discounts. Is there a way to automatically apply discounts to wine club members at checkout in our brick and mortar store ? This feature would be a big help.

Hello @KatieHollister- Automatically applying a discount to your sale is a feature request that's not available. I can see how this would be helpful. If this changes we will make sure to keep you posted.

Hello, Checking in to see if any progress has been made on this issue. Is there a timeline for implementing this feature, please?

I manage a wine club. Members of the wine club are given various discounts. Is there a way to automatically apply discounts to wine club members at checkout in our brick and mortar store ? This feature would be a big help.

My name is Dan I've worked in point of sale and payments for 7+ years and developed a software to help retail businesses leverage subscriptions. It's called Submatic (https://www.submatic.io/).

We have an integration with Square that automates member discounts/benefits based on the rules that you configure. For example you can create a membership for a product or which entitles the member to a discount. Our software tracks and communicates the membership benefits with Square so that you don't have to track anything manually.
