Generate An Item Sales Report

Is it possible to export a list of customer's email addresses who purchased a specific item from you? For example, we want to send a message to every customer who bought Product X from us last week.

Hi @fablefoods and welcome to the Seller Community! This is not something you can directly do, but you can always export your item sales reports to view which customers purchased the item in question, then you can export your customer directory to see if those customers have an available email address for you to reach.

Your customers will be marked reachable if they have given an email address for a receipt in the past, or you have manually entered their email address into the system. If a customer is only reachable, then their email address will not export on your customer directory CSV, for privacy reasons, but you can still add all of these customers that purchased the specific item into a group and send them a specific Marketing campaign for the item they purchased.

Hi! I was wondering if this has changed since your answer? I need a item sales reports with not only customer name, but with email address. I dont want to have to cross reference the directory.

I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, @chitchat, but there hasn't been a change here yet. We'll be sure to share an announcement once this type of report can be run.
