    <description>&lt;P&gt;Weeks ago. I emailed and was told there’s an issue and it shouldn’t have done what it did after deactivating and they will need to fix it on their end. I’ve been waiting for them to call me back I tried getting a call back yesterday and never happened and waiting again today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had signed up for a square card not knowing it was going to remove the option for close of day. I deactivated the square card following the directions customer service gave me below but the option to update the close of day again is still not there. What am I doing wrong? Anyone know how to fix this. I regret signing up for the card in the first place a lot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;deactivate&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;your&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Square&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Card right from the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Square&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;app. To do so:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Tap the three horizontal lines to open your app menu.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Balance&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;tab and choose&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Square&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Card&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Tap&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get help with card&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I’d like to cancel my card&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Deactivate&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Card&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Tap&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Okay&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch Back to Regular Transfers&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;if you’d like to return to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Square&lt;/SPAN&gt;’s standard next day transfer schedule.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You can leave feedback on the following screen and press&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send&lt;/STRONG&gt;, or tap&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;X&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;on the top left to exit the menu.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In case you need to, you can order a new card by selecting&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I lost my card&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My card was stolen&lt;/STRONG&gt;, or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I never received my card&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once that's&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;deactivate&lt;/SPAN&gt;, you'll be able to update your&amp;nbsp;close of day on your&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Square&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To update your Close of Day&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Sign in to your online&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Square&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt; click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Balance&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Transfer Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click and select a Close of Day time. It’s recommended that you set your close of day one hour after your actual closing time to provide a window for last minute sales.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Apply Adjustment&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the confusion here. When you activate a Square Card, it changes your Transfer settings to manual.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The reason you weren't seeing the Close of Day option is because the funds are immediately available on the card for use and all transactions go directly to it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;How long ago did you deactivate it and where were you looking for close of day time after?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
