Remove staff option from appointments page

On my appointments page.. How do I remove the box that displays the staff aka my name and picture, with the book now link under it? I only want to display the link to create an appointment, but I do not want the box below it to display my full name, photo, and link under it. I do not have any other staff members added to square, so choosing someone else isn't an option. I would rather just remove that entire box.
