    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can only clear the full balance. But you could reload the giftcard with the desired balance from your POS device. Just comp it or apply a 100% discount so your books won't be thrown off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two years later this continues to be a major problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Purchaser put in own information and recipient did not have code. Service was $155. EGC is $200. Why can I not clear $115 from this EGC in dashboard?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Square gift cards are beyond frustrating and beginning to not be worth the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchaser of gift card put in own information where it asked for recipient information. Recipient came in for service and wanted to use gift card from purchaser. Recipient did not have any gift card information. The gift card amount was for $200. Recipient only used $100.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to go to Dashboard, find gift card (which is still difficult) and clear $100 from gift card, but at this time I can only clear the entire balance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
