Thanks for posting in the Seller COmmunity.

It sounds like you may be interested in creating item options. Option sets are attributes that define a variation. The combination of options & their values for an item form the variation. An example would be Size, therefore I think this would work for you.

To create Item Options:

From Items in your online Square Dashboard, click Options > Create an option set.
Enter Option Set Name and Display Name.
Select Set Type.
Enter option information > Save.
