Shipping/rewards?!

I don’t want shipping to be included as an item, as I’m having a rewards going on. Buy 10 get 1 free. It is counting shipping as an item towards that reward, how can I exempt it? Thank you

Hi there @Ccglitter - Are you running this sale in-house from the POS register? If so, sounds like you've added the shipping cost as an individual item. In that case, there isn't a way to disregard shipping. You'll need to include shipping in the cost of your other items somehow.

What I sell are color street nail polish strips. The price is set with the company. $11-13 a set. I can’t make them more. I will just have to change my rules per se to make it work that they are actually buying 10 sets not including shipping. Thanks for your reply.
