Printer Stations are your friend. 🙂

In the Square Point of Sale, tap the three bars in the lower left, choose settings. Head to the Printers section.

Create a printer station. I would name this one Receipt.
Select your printer
Choose the Receipts section and enable receipts.
If there are any in-person order tickets that need to be printed at the cashier station (bottled beverages, merchandise, etc), then go to the In Person Order Tickets section and choose your categories that need a ticket. Don't worry about your categories you need to print at your grill yet.
Save and create another printer station named Grill or Kitchen
Select your printer
In Person Order Tickets, choose your categories you want to print at your grill.
Save and you're set!

If you only have one printer, I would still recommend setting up multiple printer stations pointing at the same printer. That way when you are able to get another printer specific for the grill, you don't have to reinvent the wheel: just point the Grill printer station at the new printer. If you already have two printers, you're going to want separate printer stations.
