How do I add an offer code at checkout?

I need an offer code box at checkout to reward IG followers & the followers of influencers who have promoted my store.

NOTE: I CANNOT use gift cards or email mailings

Thanks for your post and welcome to Seller Community, @petpaWnache. Are you looking to provide a discount to Instagram followers and influencers when they purchase from your store? You could create coupons for your online store for that.

Thanks @AdamB On my first go it looked an email campaign was the only way to offer a code but I did discover the coupon feature. Thanks so much for the quick reply

Not a problem! You definitely could provide the coupon via an email a campaign, although you could also just give it out via an Instagram post, too.

Welcome to the Seller Community, @Jus4U 👋

You can add a box for customers to manually type a note to you about their oder.

From the Square Online dashboard, click Settings > Checkout > Customer Inputs and toggle on the option for Add custom note.
