Can I sent a contract to multiple clients?

I am looking at the contracts section. I own a salon suite and I am wondering if anyone knows if we can send a contract to multiple clients. Example: A chemical service release, so the client can e sign it. I know I can do it individually but I was hoping I could send it out once to everyone.

Hey @ScottHyre,

At the time we don't offer a way to send contracts to multiple clients at once but I definitely see how that could be useful/convenient.

Our Contracts feature is semi-new so hopefully this is something we can offer in the future. I'll let the Product Team know of this request too and hopefully other sellers will chime in asking for it also!

I also own a salon and was wondering if there's a way to change when the contract gets sent. It says that it gets sent when the appointment is created but if I'm sending a Covid-19 waiver, I'd rather have it sent with our confirmation text closer to time of appointment

Hi @Vivid1 - Good question! There is no formal process for editing sent timeline for contracts within Square Appointments. You can, however, download a PDF and sent a copy of the contract manually to your customer at any time. More on this here.

As @Velentina mentioned above, Square Contracts is still a very new feature - so we expect many changes, improvements, and new features to be introduced in the coming weeks.

Can more than one person sign a contract?

For some of my contracts, there are 2 people I need to sign them on the receiving side. Is there a way to add another email and signature line to contracts?

I'm not sure it's the same issue. Example: I'm working with a parent and a student and I want them to both sign the same contract.

The other persons question was about sending 1 contract to multiple people, in which each contract requires 1 signature. I need 2 signers on my contracts.

@AnnieT The same context applies. Contracts are only intended for one customer at this time.
