How to set customer info to show on virtual terminal receipt?

I need my customer's info to show on the receipt. Address, phone, email. How to set this? As is, no customer info shows.

Are you looking for the customers information to be shown on a printed or digital receipt?

I first would ensure that the customer in question is already added to your customer directory. That way, you'll be able to see their name on a digital receipt, and click on that name to locate their profile in the Online Dashboard. Let me know.

Thank you for your response. I do add my customers to the directory and see their name where I can click to see their profile. What I need is the ability to have their profile info visible on the receipt. I do physical delivery of goods to vacation rental homes so I always need their entire profile info on the receipt. The customer needs this as well on the receipt they get via email.

For privacy purposes, the customer profile information wouldn't be able to be visible on a receipt (digital or printed). That would be a feature request. I'll make sure to pass this suggestion along to the appropriate team. Thanks again! ✨

Hey, @Lynnsmotel If you were inquiring if customer information could be included on digital receipts this wouldn't be possible as digital receipts are considered public pieces of information.
