Reporting Tips by Customer

We encourage customers to donate to a charity that changes weekly, and they do this by adding a voluntary tip to the invoice. I would like to recognize those that do give but that requires a report that shows me which customers added a tip to the invoice, and I can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?

Hey there, @CGAdmin

What a great idea! There isn't a report to do exactly what you're looking for, but you can export your transactions into an Excel sheet to give you all of that information you're looking for.

Go to your Transactions on your Dashboard and select the date range you wish. Next, you will export (top right corner). I would recommend the Item Detail CSV - it will give you the most information.

I can download the Items Detail file but I cant see how that helps me. The gross sales, discounts and net sales do not pick up the tips collected at all (am I missing something?)
I found Tips aggregated in the Sales Summary

I finally found the right file, it is the Transactions CSV file
The Tips are shown per transaction, and the customer is also identified.
