MARK AS PAID is missing

How can I mark an invoice as paid when there is no MARK AS PAID option under the "More" tab

The "Mark As Paid" was changed to "Add Payment". This gives you the option to record different types of payments. You can select Charge Card to enter the customer's card information or record the other types of payment. Check out the screenshot below with the options.
