Character limit when printing out online orders

We offer build-your-own bowls at our restaurant with many toppings and add-in's to choose from. Unfortunately, when printing out the on-line orders, some items get left off the printed tickets. When will the character limit be increased?

@Kellykc is it the same items that are repeatedly left off the tickets, or does it cut off at a certain length each time?

It gets cut off after a certain length. We use BentoBox integration with our Square POS for online orders.

Off topic, but curious if you are able to get the bentobox transactions to "categorize" in reports. Mine all flow into Uncategorized so its hard to see the product mix... Thanks

No, all the BentoBox orders show up under uncategorized for us as well.
