Setting up the price vs sale price?

I was a little confused as I want to ensure I have post the correct price that I want to appear on my site.

under the price tab I entered my purchase price

the sale price I enter the price the merchandise is being sold for. Shouldn’t the sales price be showing on my website?

Hi @ShopCased! The sale price in the online store is for items that are on sale only, so you should only be putting a price there if you are having an online only sale for that item. 🙂

The price section is for what you are actually selling the items for.

I understand how this can be confusing since we have a unit cost and a price section for items in the Square Dashboard, so I will definitely pass this feedback up, but just know that it is a little different for online store pricing!

Hey @SondrasBling - Once you make the changes and save them you will need to publish your site once more.
