<title>thread Waive cancellation fee? in Archived Discussions (Read Only)</title>
    <link>https://community.squareup.com/t5/Archived-Discussions-Read-Only/Waive-cancellation-fee/m-p/191902#M17597</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have an outdoor business and I use no show protection, as cancellations are frequent and sometimes I can't refill the slot at the last minute. However, sometimes weather makes it impossible to go through with an appointment, which is not the fault of the customer. Is it possible to waive a cancellation fee in those instances?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
