      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you manually send “Item shipped” emails to customers? my store is not live yet but I want to be able to send them emails once their orders are shipped. Can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The system will automatically send a confirmation email when you&lt;STRONG&gt; a) &lt;/STRONG&gt;create the label for the order or&lt;STRONG&gt; b)&lt;/STRONG&gt; mark the order as shipped. If you&amp;nbsp;are manually marking an order as shipped, you can enter the tracking number before updating. Otherwise the number will automatically be included if you generate the label from your store.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
