Credit card saved in square not showing on appointment

I've just started using Square Appointments for client online scheduling. I've been using Square to collect payments for years. When I'm collecting payment through the Appointment app, I cannot access their stored card info. Any suggestions?

It will give you step by step on how Card on File can be used with different aspects with Appointments.
