Missing cash transaction

We are a co op gallery. Each transaction must show who’s art so they can get paid. Register somehow lost a cash transaction but did show it in the cash drawer as cash received, but not anywhere else. No way to know what was sold or for who. This has been a perfect system for us until this happened. Please help!

You can take a look at all of the transactions that were processed through your Square account at any time by heading to your Square Dashboard and peeking at the Transactions page. Any transactions here with the icon shown below are transactions that were processed as cash transactions:

It may be worth taking a look at the transactions that were processed as Other tender as well, in case someone accepted cash but accidentally entered into the app that the payment was Other tender instead. This is the Other tender symbol:
