Delete Marketing Coupon

I created a Coupon under Marketing but clicked the wrong item, so I tried creating a new one but I'm getting this error, "This code has been used before." How do I delete the previous code so I can create a new one and use the same code?

I can't just use a different code since all marketing materials (like posters) have the code printed in it.

Please tell me there's a way to create that code again before February.

Hmmmm.... this could be a toughie. Usually codes are linked to specific marketing campaigns and can't be reused so people aren't scamming the system and you can track the code's usefulness.

I think your best bet is to give customer service a call. They may be able to redo the first marketing campaign so you can use the same code. Not sure if they can, though.
