My event is in a few days I still haven't received my square. And hopefully it fits all phones because I was not asked which model I need. Please advise

Readers usually take about 10 total days to arrive. You should be seeing your reader arrive within the next day or two if you haven't received it already.

If you still haven't received your reader by the middle of this week, let me know and I'll have a team member look into this further for you.

If you're needing a reader sooner than arrival time, you can visit any of our retail partners and purchase a temporary reader. See which retailers are close to you here.

2. Select "Send me a reader"

3. Select Connectivity

4. Complete checkout process!

If that doesn't work, please let us know.
