Can i use my phone contacts to create my customer list easily?

Is there a way to have my square invoice app get my new customer info from my phone contacts?

I just started using square but I've had my customers for years. All their info (name, address, email,etc) is in my android phones contacts list. Now that I am using square I have to renter all that info into the app. Is there a way that square can access that? It would save me time and data entry mistakes.

Hello @Jakedaawg.

With the Square app, you can create a customer Directory and import a list of contacts. Take a look at this article on how to get started. Your import button is found on the top right corner located in your Square Online Dashboard > Customers > Directory > Import/Export.

My suggestion is to export the CSV file (excel sheet) first to auto-populate all of the fields/information available that can get imported into Square. However, you will need to manually enter the data and import the CSV file to your Customer Directory.

I have this problem as well. I really hope square gets with it and auto updates contacts direct from contacts. Makes on the go Mobil updates instant. Near all other apps do this. Please fix this app. Mobile customers need love also.
