For general Square subscriptions:

You can pause your subscriptions or unsubscribe directly from your online Square Dashboard. If you do so, no data will be lost and you can unpause or resubscribe at any time.

For Square Online services, if you don’t want a Square Online service to automatically renew, or want to cancel your service once it expires, then you may cancel the subscription to that service by following these steps:

Go to your Square Online Overview page > select the site name in the upper right corner.
Go to Account Settings > My Services.
Next to the service you don’t want automatically renewing, select Manage.
Select Unsubscribe > Continue.
Enter your reason for unsubscribing, then select Cancel subscription.

If there is no Manage subscription link, or you see Activate subscription instead, then you don’t need to do anything else - automatic renewal has already been turned off. You can also delete any saved payment methods from your account by going to Account Settings > Payment Methods.
