Good question! There are a few different things that could be happening in order for the Instant Transfer option to show as unavailable.

Firstly, transfers below $25 are unavailable to be instantly sent. So if your current balance is under that threshold, the option will not be made available to you.

Other reasons as to why Instant Transfers may not show as available would need to be confirmed by our Support Team since we can't see account specific information here from the Community. If you're needing us to take a look, feel free to reach out to Support and they will get you taken care of.
