Sending a targeted email to those customers that opened email campaign but didn't click through

We had a 25% open rate on our first email campaign and only ~ 1% click through rate. I would like to just target those that opened but didn't do anything with another email with a coupon etc. i.e. 10% off to incentivize them to click onto our website etc. I can download those customers into a .csv sub list. But I can't upload that list or select just those customers to get this specific email. I have to look up each of the 1950 email addresses and click them one at a time to create a custom list. There has to be an easier way!!! Please help

@sasdistro Thanks for reaching out!

At this time, customizing your campaign audience based on criteria such as purchased items, geographic location, or the time in which customers visited your business is not available with Square Marketing.

However, you can utilize tools in your Customer Directory such as the Marketing Subscribers filter, or the Tex Subscriber and **Email Subscriber smart groups to see your subscribed audience.

Receipt Campaign by Location

Is it just me, or is there not currently a way to limit receipt campaigns by location? I would like to do a receipt campaign requesting a review on google, specific to each of my store locations, but I can't figure out how to do that.
