Hi...I'm on a paid plan. What happened is I was all setup on square and weebly with my website. Everything was great but my business wasn't doing well so I shut everything down. I recently decided to give it another try but was not able to login to weebly as the owner and square kept telling me I had nothing to manage. So I tried to setup a new account with a new email address and sync my website to my new account. Unfortunately that's still not working for me. I've attached a picture of the errors I've been getting. I'm not computer savvy whatsoever so this is all foreign to me.

HI, need a bit more information to hopefully help. Are you on a free plan or paid plan? Is your domain with Square or domain provider?

You can see the Square Support page here

HI, no problem. Square purchased Weebly 2018, since you cancelled Weebly and tried to come back, now its Square. Its good that you started again but you can not sync the 2, since the other was Weebly and cancelled. The first screenshot did not show. It's not difficult, just a lot of little steps. Where is you domain hosted? Has your domain expired?

I think @Goldneye may be on the right track with this. It's quite possible the domain is still connected to the original site which would prevent you from connecting it to a new Square site. Or, perhaps you had the wrong email address which prompted you to create a new account? Support would need to log into your accounts to confirm either of these possibilities. You can reach the reps here when you have a chance.

Thanks!
