I need different photos in different locations.

Hello - I need to have photos on the checkout screen one device/location, and our color coded system on the checkout screen of our other device,/locations. Yet even thought "Sync" is turned off, when I upload an image to our second location, it appears in the first. How do I prevent this?

Welcome to Seller Community, @El_Capitan_Virt.

Is one of your devices using your Square Online store? The option you toggled off in your Square Online settings only affects syncing images between Square Online and your item library in your Square Dashboard. Devices using the POS app or anything like that will use whatever image you have for the item in your Square Dashboard.

Thanks Adam, but I absolutely cannot t have the same photographs on both devices. They are registers for different locations entirely. One is the register for our inhouse transactions, so the register the employees use - and ahs a color coded system to identify the items. The other is for a virtual location that is going to be used to fulfill delivery orders. There must be a way, or the system simply won't accommodate our growth? There must be a way - I can't imagine I am the only person that would like to use different photos at different locations. Can you suggest any options?

Hmm... You could make separate items for each location, assuming that won't cause inventory or reporting issues for you.
