Image size for online store - Paparazzi Accessories stock photo

I get stock images from Paparazzi Accessories for items. When I use the stock photo, it doesn't show the whole image on my online store. I seen where the image should be 720x720 pixels so I use a photo resize app and resized the image. It doesn't help. The bottom of the image can't be seen.

Am I resizing the photo to the wrong size or am I missing another step?

HI, the images need to be 1:1 and adjusted for placement in the Home Page, Shop All page and Item Details page.
