Shipping from Multiple Locations

Where do I find shipping options? Lilah's King Cakes has 24 items with fulfillment set to shipping, but I don't have any way to set rates, costs, anything. See photo below. Clicking "edit" only gives me the option to change my address. Where do I find everything else?

HI, the Online store does not have the ability to ship from multiple locations. Once you set the Shipping Rate the website ships as one. Best advice, adjust your shipping fee to a flat charge and increase price on items that can bear the extra cost.

Thank you for your help, but I guess I wasn’t very clear. I only have one location that has any shipped items. But when I go to the shipping tab under settings the only options I have are to edit shipping addresses for the 3 locations. I don’t have any where to set up shipping rates at all.
